Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cre\u00eflla gran<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem el conill a trossos petits i salpebrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aixafarem una mica els alls sencers amb pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en una cassola oli i tot seguit afegirem els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els confitarem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 5 minuts per una banda i despr\u00e9s per l&#039;altra, procurant que no es torrin. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli fregirem el conill durant uns quatre minuts per cada costat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els alls i el vi i la farigola. Taparem la cassola i cuinarem el conill durant uns 25 minuts o fins que estigui tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les patates fregides en quadradets. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 absorbeixin el suc de la cocci\u00f3 i afegirem el julivert picat.
