Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. P\u00e8sols pelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Coliflor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Tacs de Pernil del Pa\u00eds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Brou de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem i deixem nom\u00e9s el cor de les carxofes. Posem un bol amb aigua freda, un parell de gla\u00e7ons de gel i unes fulles de julivert fresc. Tallem les carxofes a trossos i les deixem en remull.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renteu i talleu els esp\u00e0rrecs en tres o quatre trossos. La pastanaga la tallem a discos. La coliflor la tallem en ramells petits. Els xampinyons si s\u00f3n molt grans els trossegem. La ceba la tallem en c\u00e8rcols i els partim per la meitat. Els alls els tallem tamb\u00e9 a discos i el pernil el tallem a daus que no siguin massa petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu una cassola al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i afegiu-hi els alls i el pernil. Remenem i quan estigui el pernil una mica cuit retirem tot de la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregim lleugerament la ceba. Afegim les carxofes ben escorregudes amb un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 no esquitxin. Li donem unes voltes i seguidament hi afegim la pastanaga, s&#039;ha d&#039;ofegar no cal fregir-ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim els xampinyons i els esp\u00e0rrecs. Donem unes voltes i incorporem el pernil i els alls. Ho remenem i hi afegim els p\u00e8sols i la coliflor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el brou de pollastre calent. Ens reservem una petita quantitat ja que nom\u00e9s heu de cobrir les verdures. Deixeu-ho coure amb el foc baix i la cassola tapada durant uns 15 minuts.
