Calamars mitjans<\/li><li>250 grs. Carn Picada de Porc<\/li><li>2 Ous<\/li><li>300 grs. Ceba<\/li><li>350 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Vermell<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols Congelats<\/li><li>70 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Pebre Negre<\/li><li>Aigua <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentem els calamars i separem les aletes i les potes.<\/li><li>Posem els ous, el julivert, l&#039;all i les aletes i les potes dels calamars i tamb\u00e9 la sal i el pebre en una picadora i ho piquem tot junt. Reservem. Tamb\u00e9 es pot picar a m\u00e0.<\/li><li>Hi afegim la carn picada de porc i ho barregem tot.<\/li><li>Farcim els calamars amb la picada preparada i els tanquem amb un escuradents.<\/li><li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i sofregirem lleugerament els calamars pels dos costats. Els reservarem fora de la cassola.<\/li><li>Posarem la ceba picada a la cassola i la fregirem lleugerament fins que estigui una mica daurada.<\/li><li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet que haurem pelat i trossejat i sofregirem.<\/li><li>Abocarem el vi blanc a la cassola i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem la pastanaga tallada a discos i hi donarem unes voltes.<\/li><li>Afegirem els calamars i el suc que hagin deixat anar. Ho remourem i hi afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua i ho deixarem coure tapat a foc lent vigilant que no s&#039;enganxin.<\/li><li>Cal anar afegint aigua perqu\u00e8 vagin coent. Comprovarem el punt de sal i afegirem al gust.<\/li><li>Deixarem coure fins que els calamars estiguin tous, aproximadament uns 50 minuts.<\/li><li>Al final hi afegirem els p\u00e8sols i deixarem coure 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>\u00c9s important deixar reposar aquest plat.
