Llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per fer la Crema de Mantega<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 gr. Sucre glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Llet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per fer l&#039;Alm\u00edvar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Cointreau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per decorar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 gr. Ametlles laminades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melmelada d&#039;Albaricoque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separarem les clares dels rovells d&#039;ou. Muntarem les clares amb una mica de sal i abans d&#039;acabar de muntar-la a punt de neu hi afegirem la meitat del sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els rovells amb la resta del sucre fins que quedin blanquinosos i augmentin el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc anirem integrant les clares muntades amb els rovells, sempre amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt procurant que no es baixin les clares. Ha de quedar tot ben barrejat. Afegirem la ratlladura de la llimona i remourem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuntarem la farina, la maizena i el llevat qu\u00edmic. Barrejarem i tamisarem ia poc a poc l&#039;incorporarem a la barreja que ten\u00edem preparada, sempre procurant que la farina no ens quedi al fons del recipient i amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat paper de coure al motlle i passem la nostra massa. Donarem uns cops per treure les bombolles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 35 minuts o fins que en fer la prova del escuradents surti sec. Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Torrarem les ametlles filatejades al forn. Anirem remenant fins que estiguin torradetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per a l&#039;alm\u00edvar posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb l&#039;aigua i el sucre. Bullirem durant uns 4 o 5 minuts i afegirem el licor. Farem unes voltes i apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per a la crema de mantega posarem la mantega a punt de pomada en un bol juntament amb el sucre i la llet. Batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques durant uns 3 minuts o fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllarem el pa de pessic, traient el paper de coure. Partirem el pa de pessic per la meitat per omplir-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyarem les dues parts del pa de pessic amb l&#039;alm\u00edvar. Ho podem fer amb un biber\u00f3 o amb un pinzell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem una part amb la melmelada procurant que quedi ben repartida. Taparem el pa de pessic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem per sobre del pa de pessic la crema de mantega procurant allisar b\u00e9. Pels laterals tamb\u00e9 distribuirem la crema de mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem tot el past\u00eds amb les ametlles filatejades i tamb\u00e9 els laterals.
