Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Farina de Rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre de Llevat Qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Culleradeta de Vainilla ensucrada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer l&#039;Alm\u00edvar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 m. Ron Negre o Brandy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el rovell pastisser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol els ous, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona i el sucre avainillat i ho batrem amb unes varetes fins que quedi ben escum\u00f3s i d&#039;un color m\u00e9s clar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic i l&#039;incorporarem al bol a poc a poc. Amb les mans remourem de baix a dalt perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un motlle rectangular posarem un paper d&#039;enfornar per la part de baix i afegirem la barreja del pa de pessic. Mourem la safata perqu\u00e8 quedi ben distribu\u00efda tota la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Enfornem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Deixarem refredar el pa de pessic abans del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem un alm\u00edvar posant un cass\u00f3 al foc amb l&#039;aigua i el sucre i quan arrenqui el bull apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el rom i deixarem bullir de nou durant uns 2 minuts. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la crema de rovell posarem els ous en un bol i els batrem, hi afegirem l&#039;aigua i el sucre. Remenarem una mica i afegirem la maizena. Batrem amb un batedor manual fins que tot quedi ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la crema de rovell en un cass\u00f3 i sense deixar de remenar s&#039;anir\u00e0 espessint.
