Quan l&#039;aigua arribi a 50 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads, afegirem el sucre i no pararem de remenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la barreja arribi als 80\u00ba cent\u00edgrads, aturarem el foc, i afegirem l&#039;\u00e0cid tart\u00e0ric removent-ho b\u00e9 fins que es barregi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar fins als 65 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tinguem la temperatura desitjada, afegirem el bicarbonat s\u00f2dic.
