{"id":1286,"date":"2012-03-24T18:37:54","date_gmt":"2012-03-24T17:37:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nova.elfornerdealella.com\/?p=1286"},"modified":"2024-04-23T10:43:37","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T08:43:37","slug":"massa-per-a-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/masa-para-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Massa per a Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui elaborarem una Massa per a Pizza. \u00c9s una recepta millorada del meu v\u00eddeo anterior, encara que podeu fer qualsevol de les dues, ja que totes dues us agradaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Massa per a Pizzes (nova recepta).wmv\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9Tri2HHjtGM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading p1\"><span class=\"s1\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 grs. de farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. de s\u00e8mola de blat dur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. de llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una culleradeta de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>550 ml d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 ml. d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva verge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading p1\"><span class=\"s1\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol posarem la farina tamisada per evitar grumolls i airejar-la afegirem la s\u00e8mola de blat dur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem un volc\u00e0 sobre la taula de treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li posarem el llevat i el sucre juntament amb l&#039;aigua que li anirem afegint en diverses vegades finalment li posarem la sal i pastarem fins que ens quedi una massa ferma el\u00e0stica i compacta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al centre de la massa hi afegirem l&#039;oli i continuarem pastant fins que s&#039;integri totalment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Us donarem forma de bola i la deixarem reposar dins d&#039;un bol tapada amb un drap uns vint minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem peces de 250 grs i els donarem forma de bola deixem reposar deu minuts m\u00e9s i ja podem amb un corr\u00f3 estirar-la donant-li la forma circular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop afegim els ingredients que desitgem, la passarem al forn fort durant 10\/15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al v\u00eddeo podreu veure un altre tipus d&#039;elaboraci\u00f3, ja que una de les boles la reservem en un recipient tancat dins del frigor\u00edfic perqu\u00e8 tingu\u00e9s una fermentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s perllongada i la vam fer l&#039;endem\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre us convidem a veure el v\u00eddeo de la Massa per a Pizza per a una major comprensi\u00f3<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui elaborarem una Massa per a Pizza. \u00c9s una recepta millorada del meu v\u00eddeo anterior, encara que podeu fer qualsevol de les dues, ja que totes dues us agradaran.
