Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Llevat en pols o 15 grs. Llevat Fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al farciment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mongetes Blanques cuites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talls de Botifarra Blanca cuita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tires Pebrot Vermell de llauna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga i Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la massa de la pizza comen\u00e7arem tamisant la farina, hi afegirem la sal i l&#039;oli i l&#039;aigua, de la qual ens reservarem una mica per barrejar-la amb el llevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins aconseguir que la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa i la posarem a la taula de treball i li afegirem el llevat que l&#039;hem dissolt en una mica de l&#039;aigua que ten\u00edem reservada i continuarem pastant fins que es torni a enlairar de la taula. Aquesta massa \u00e9s for\u00e7a tova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una bola i la deixarem reposar fins que dobli el volum tapada amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop reposada la bola li donarem unes voltes i farem una altra bola deixant-la reposar cinc minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina a taula i aplanem la massa amb el corr\u00f3, estirant fins aconseguir una massa ben fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marcarem les vores perqu\u00e8 no caigui el farciment i l&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ceba l&#039;hem tallada a la juliana i l&#039;hem fet amb una mica d&#039;oli i sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el tom\u00e0quet fregit per sobre procurant que no arribi a les vores. A sobre una capa de formatge mozzarella que distribuirem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s la ceba per sobre ia continuaci\u00f3 unes quantes mongetes cuites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tallat els pebrots a tires que les posarem al mig de la pizza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment els talls de botifarra blanca cuita que repartirem al voltant de la pizza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si us agrada amb molt de formatge, es pot posar una mica m\u00e9s per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i la coem durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament, amb el forn calor nom\u00e9s per baix.
