Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega de Porc per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissoldrem el llevat a la llet i remourem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu en un bol la farina tamisada, la sal, el sucre, l&#039;aigua, l&#039;oli i una mica de la llet que ten\u00edem reservada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem una mica i afegirem la resta de llet i seguim pastant fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuarem pastant fins a aconseguir una massa el\u00e0stica que podem comprovar agafant una mica de massa i estirant-la i si no es trenca \u00e9s que ja est\u00e0 la massa a punt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli en un bol i deixarem fermentar la massa fins que dobli el volum. Tapem amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentada tallarem la massa a trossos de 80 grs. aproximadament. Li donarem forma de bola i les deixarem reposar durant uns 5 minuts tapades amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desfem la mantega de porc al microones i untem amb oli un corr\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem amb el corr\u00f3 una bola tenint en compte que la part de dalt sigui m\u00e9s ampla que la de baix (veure el v\u00eddeo) i la pintem per sobre amb mantega de porc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrotllem, comen\u00e7ant per la part m\u00e9s ampla i procurant enganxar la part final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem paper de fornejar i els fem una mica m\u00e9s grans que cada pa. Posem els pans xinesos a sobre dels papers de coure i amb un escuradents xin\u00e8s farem una marca al centre de cada barreta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem reposar en un lloc tancat fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella amb aigua i courem els pans durant uns 15 minuts al vapor. Nosaltres hem posat una reixeta antiesquitxades ia sobre els pans amb el paper i els tapem amb un recipient que sigui alt ia la mida de la paella per poder fer b\u00e9 el vapor. Els deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment els fregim amb abundant oli de gira-sol, tenint en compte que l&#039;oli no ha d&#039;estar gaire calent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els posarem en paper absorbent per treure l&#039;exc\u00e9s d&#039;oli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Pa Xin\u00e8s per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de
