Brandy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Crema de Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;oliva, sal i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"s1\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem el pollastre pels dos costats i el ruixarem amb la llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem els porros en discos i els fregirem en una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan quedin transparents tirarem a la cassola el pollastre perqu\u00e8 se&#039;ns dauri, tenint en compte que no es cremin els porros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem a continuaci\u00f3 el cava i seguidament el brandi, posarem el foc fort fins que torni a bullir. Ho deixarem coure uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tallat els xampinyons i els saltem en una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva i els afegim amb tot el suc a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixeu-ho coure 5 minuts m\u00e9s i afegiu-hi la crema de llet, deixant-ho coure 10 minuts m\u00e9s.
