Tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, Pebre Negre i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PER A LA PICADA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Ametlles Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Avellanes Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dents d&#039;all i julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem a trossos la ceba, la pastanaga i el tom\u00e0quet que li haurem tret la pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola escalfem oli d&#039;oliva i fregim lleugerament els escamarlans que haurem salat abans. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem el pollastre i en el mateix oli el fregim fins que ens quedi daurat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim les verdures que hav\u00edem tallat i ho deixem sofregir tot junt. Tapem la cassola i ho anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 quedi tot rostit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui daurada, hi afegirem l&#039;aigua calenta, juntament amb la farigola i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn. Laigua ha de cobrir tot el pollastre. Baixarem el foc i ho deixarem coure a foc lent fins que el pollastre estigui tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturem la salsa. Hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet fregit i ho posem de nou tot a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una picada amb els alls, el julivert, les ametlles, les avellanes i els pinyons. Ho piquem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no voleu fer-ho a m\u00e0 es pot triturar tot amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric posant una mica daigua perqu\u00e8 es desfaci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la picada, remenem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integrin tots els ingredients.
