Beicon laminat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Cebolletes Franceses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hem tallat els pollastres picantons per la meitat i els salpebrem pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i daurem els pollets, girant-los. Els traurem de la cassola i reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem un tall als alls i els posem a la cassola, afegim les cebetes, els xampinyons i el bac\u00f3 laminat. Ho remenarem tot i deixarem que vagi coent a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el vi blanc i hi donarem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornarem a posar els pollastres a la cassola i hi afegirem la farigola en pols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, posarem un got d&#039;aigua i deixarem coure a foc lent, amb la cassola tapada durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectificarem de sal, si cal i si manca salsa per a la cocci\u00f3, hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Pollastres Picantons amb Xampinyons per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella y Carmen os presentan una receta de Pollos Tomateros con Beicon, Champi\u00f1ones y Cebollitas.
