Salm\u00f3 (sense espines i sense pell)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per a Cuinar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega per untar el Motlle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a title=\"Salsa Maionesa\" href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-maionesa\/\">Salsa Maionesa (veure recepta aqu\u00ed)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hem tret la pell i les espines al salm\u00f3. En comprar-lo si porta la pell i les espines cal comprar 400 grs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trossegem el salm\u00f3 per poder triturar-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol batem els 3 ous, hi afegim una mica de la crema de llet i el salm\u00f3. Triturem i posem la resta de la crema de llet, la sal i el pebre negre i batem fins que quedi tot desfet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colem la barreja en un colador per si ha quedat alguna impuresa. Ho comprovem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem amb una mica de mantega un motlle allargat que pugui anar al forn i posem la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem aigua calenta a una safata gran i introdu\u00efm el motlle allargat amb el p\u00fading ja que ha de coure al bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i el courem nom\u00e9s per la part de baix del forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si veiem que comen\u00e7a a agafar color, tapem-ho amb paper d&#039;alumini i anem controlant fins que estigui cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la prova del escuradents, i quan surti sec ja tindrem llest el p\u00fading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho traiem del forn i deixem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem i ho decorem al gust.
