Bolets deshidratats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Banc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la picada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 galeta Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. Xocolata negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratarem els bolets amb aigua durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem la ceba, el porro i l&#039;api. Farem uns talls al cap d&#039;alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem el tom\u00e0quet i el picarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem el conill i el pollastre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola fregirem el conill i el pollastre. Un cop daurat per un costat li donarem la volta. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregirem les verdures i el cap d&#039;alls. Despr\u00e9s de dos minuts afegirem el tom\u00e0quet i sofregirem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem les carns i el vi i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi posarem el llorer i l&#039;aigua bullint que cobreixi la carn. Se li pot afegir, si agrada, un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn. Courem amb el foc baix durant uns 20 minuts ia continuaci\u00f3 afegirem els bolets juntament amb un parell de cullerades del suc colat que ha quedat en hidratar els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si cal, s&#039;hi afegeix m\u00e9s aigua per a la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una picada amb el julivert, la galeta i les ametlles.
