Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena o Guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem la ceba a la juliana i la sofregirem amb el foc baix en una cassola amb oli d&#039;oliva. Afegirem la sal. Cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts fins que la ceba estigui transparent. Afegirem el bitxo i la fulla de llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit. Li donarem unes voltes i incorporarem els popets. Remenarem i pujarem una mica el foc. Els popets a poc a poc deixaran anar for\u00e7a aigua. Cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi i quan evapori l&#039;alcohol taparem la cassola i amb el foc baix courem durant uns 30 minuts o fins que els popets estiguin tendres. Cal controlar que no li falti aigua per a la cocci\u00f3, si cal es pot afegir, per\u00f2 sempre calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem la picada o picada. Posarem els alls tallats en un morter, els aixafarem i despr\u00e9s afegirem les avellanes, les ametlles i el julivert picat i picarem tot.
