El pollastre tallat a trossos, el salpebrem pels dos costats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La cansalada o bac\u00f3 ha de ser gruixut ja que ara el tallarem a daus. Posem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a la cassola en poca quantitat, ja que la cansalada deixa anar for\u00e7a greix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;oli estigui calent, hi posarem la cansalada i quan estigui fregit, hi afegirem el pollastre que el fregirem pels dos costats fins que estigui daurat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aleshores, \u00e9s el moment d&#039;afegir-hi el xer\u00e8s sec taparem la cassola, i ho courem lentament fins que s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol del xer\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfarinem les cebetes i les fregirem en una paella amb una mica d&#039;oli fins que es daurin i les reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem el ramet compost a la cassola juntament amb el pollastre i ho deixarem a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts. Passat aquest temps, afegirem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 esmicolat i una mica d&#039;aigua per acabar la cocci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 afegirem les cebetes, deixant-ho bullir uns 20 minuts a foc lent amb la cassola tapada, comprovant que no li falti aigua i en tot cas li afegirem un poca cosa m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans d&#039;acabar la cocci\u00f3 ho provarem de sal, per si li falt\u00e9s ja que el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de carn ja porta sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre, us convidem a veure el v\u00eddeo per a una major comprensi\u00f3:<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy cocinaremos un delicioso Pollo asado con Cebollitas y Bacon.
