Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou Cuit\/Dur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Llesques de Pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ratllem la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i fregim les dues llesques de pa. Les reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Hi afegim la ceba i la deixem sofregir. A continuaci\u00f3 posem el tom\u00e0quet i ho sofregim tot al costat de foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una picada amb el pa fregit, els alls i el julivert. Hi afegim el rovell de l&#039;ou cuit i el piquem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim aigua al sofregit i posem els cigrons cuits a la cassola. Li farem un parell de voltes i remourem.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem el contingut de la picada a la cassola, dissolt amb una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem tamb\u00e9 el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de pollastre, la sal i el pebre negre. Remenarem b\u00e9 i hi afegim una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua. Ho deixarem coure a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans d&#039;acabar la cocci\u00f3 afegirem la clara de l&#039;ou que hav\u00edem ratllat amb un ratllador gruixut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha de quedar cald\u00f3s, ja que \u00e9s un plat que es menja amb cullera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Garbanzos Guisados con Huevo Duro es un delicioso, sencillo y econ\u00f3mico plato.
