Estupenda per a qualsevol berenar i imprescindible per a les revetles de Sant Joan. Amb aquesta recepta de coca de pasta de full farcida de llardons.<br>Una combinaci\u00f3 perfecta de massa cruixent i sabor intens que et conquerir\u00e0 des del primer mos. F\u00e0cil de preparar i r\u00e0pida de coure, aquesta coca \u00e9s ideal per compartir amb amics i familiars en qualsevol ocasi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Coca de pasta de full farcida de llardons\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IIU0civfI3I?start=26&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 masses de pasta de full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. de llardons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. de pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preescalfarem el forn a 200\u00ba ja que aquesta coca \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil d&#039;elaborar, i un cop feta, pot entrar directament al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estendrem la massa rectangular comprada al supermercat, i l&#039;allisarem una mica amb una rotllana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprofitant el mateix paper en qu\u00e8 va embolicada la massa, la dipositarem en una llauna de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturarem els llardons per\u00f2 sense que quedin fets del tot pols, han de quedar una mica granulats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem amb aigua la superf\u00edcie de la massa i estendrem la meitat dels llardons molt ben repartits fins que arribi a les vores de la mateixa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament, amb l&#039;altra massa ja preparada, la col\u00b7locarem damunt de la coca com a tapadora. La punxarem amb una forquilla per evitar que ens pugi la pasta de full i amb un ganivet sense punta, marcarem les vores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem la coca amb ou, ia sobre, hi posarem la resta de llardons i hi afegirem els pinyons escorreguts, ja que els haurem posat pr\u00e8viament durant 30 minuts en aigua perqu\u00e8 no es cremin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment, la cobrirem amb el sucre procurant distribuir-lo b\u00e9, i ja tenim la coca farcida de llardons llesta per enfornar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La posarem al forn durant 10 minuts nom\u00e9s amb la temperatura del terra.
