Els farem unes incisions amb el ganivet sense arribar a separar-les \u00e9s a dir nom\u00e9s marcant talls fins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greixarem el motlle on posarem el pa de pessic amb mantega i empolvorarem amb farina per a un bon desemmotllament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a la Thermomix la papallona i posarem al got els ous juntament amb el sucre i programarem 37 graus de temperatura 3 minuts a velocitat 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la mantega a daus perqu\u00e8 se&#039;ns dilueixi b\u00e9 a la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programem 3 minuts a velocitat 3 aquesta vegada sense temperatura i tot seguit afegim la mantega juntament amb el conyac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programem 20 segons a velocitat 2. Tamisem la farina i l&#039;afegim a la barreja juntament amb la sal i el llevat qu\u00edmic. Programem 10 segon a velocitat 2 1\/2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja al recipient que pr\u00e8viament hav\u00edem untat amb mantega i farina, i buidarem el got procurant distribuir b\u00e9 tota la barreja. Posarem la poma amb els talls cap amunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e8viament haurem escalfat el forn a 180 graus i posarem el nostre pa de pessic a coure entre 45\/50 minuts.
