Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>330 ml. Cervesa (1 llauna)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem la ceba, el porro, les pastanagues i les dents d&#039;all. Ho farem a trossets, no cal picar-ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns talls a la carn per la part de fora per evitar que s&#039;encongeixi. Salpebrarem pels dos costats i enfarinarem la carn, traient la farina sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli en una cassola i quan estigui calent segellarem la carn i quan estigui daurada per una banda li donarem la volta. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem les verdures trossejades. Ofegarem durant uns 8 minuts o fins que estiguin toves. Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet fregit i cuinarem uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la carn i el suc que ha deixat anar i afegirem la cervesa i la farigola. Mourem la cassola perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot. Se li pot afegir un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn, aix\u00f2 ja \u00e9s al gust de cadasc\u00fa.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts i hi afegirem aigua bullint. Taparem la cassola i courem durant uns 50 minuts amb el foc molt baix, controlant que no li falti brou per coure i comprovant de sal i pebre. Es pot triturar la salsa, traient tota la carn de la cassola, per\u00f2 pr\u00e0cticament la salsa ja queda molt desfeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem p\u00e8sols i tamb\u00e9 la mantega per donar brillantor a la salsa i courem 5 minuts m\u00e9s.
