Castanyes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300\/400 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem les castanyes i farem un tall transversal a cadascuna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb aigua i quan bulli afegirem la sal i les castanyes. Les bullirem durant uns 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per pelar les castanyes les anirem traient de l&#039;aigua de mica en mica perqu\u00e8 no es refredin massa ja que si estan fredes costa m\u00e9s pelar-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agafem una castanya i amb un ganivet de punta li traiem la closca, comen\u00e7ant per la part on hi havia el tall que hem fet abans. Traurem tamb\u00e9 la pell de dins que \u00e9s m\u00e9s tova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posarem la llet i la mantega. Quan la mantega estigui fosa afegirem les castanyes pelades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La llet ha de cobrir les castanyes. \u00c9s millor guardar una mica de llet i afegir-la despr\u00e9s, si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem bullir tot junt durant uns 5 o 7 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment ho triturarem tot fins que ens quedi ben batut. Si queda molt esp\u00e8s hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el pur\u00e9 de castanyes \u00e9s per a un plat de carn, hi afegirem una mica de sal en batre&#039;l.
