Crema de Llet per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>135 grs. Beicon Fumat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i poseu la ceba i afegiu-hi la sal. Ha de coure amb foc molt baix i fer-se molt lentament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desfem la mantega en una paella petita i hi afegim el bac\u00f3. Fregim lleugerament. No ha de quedar torrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem amb mantega un motlle rod\u00f3 i m\u00e9s aviat baix i li posem la massa fallta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte estenem la massa per tot el motlle, fins i tot per les parets, prement b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no agafi aire. Tallarem el sobrant de la massa passant un ganivet per la vora del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla punxarem tota la base del motlle ia m\u00e9s posarem uns cigrons secs per evitar que la massa pugi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i enfornem la massa durant uns 15\/18 minuts. Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem els cigrons i desemmotllarem. Es pot posar una tapa m\u00e9s gran que el motlle, i capgirar el motlle i aix\u00ed sortir\u00e0 f\u00e0cilment. Posarem la massa brisa sobre una safata per anar al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar el farciment posarem en un bol els ous, la crema de llet i batem amb un batedor manual. Hi afegim una mica de nou moscada i el pebre negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el bac\u00f3, la ceba escalfada i el formatge emmental ratllat. Remenarem la barreja fins que quedin tots els ingredients ben barrejats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el farcit dins de la massa brisa i repartirem tot el farcit d&#039;una manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix courem la quiche lorraine durant uns 20 minuts. El temps dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
