L&#039;han de lligar com si fos un tros de carn per rostir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem a trossos no gaire grans la ceba i els tom\u00e0quets. Donem un tall als alls sencers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en una cassola oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent sofregirem la ceba, el tom\u00e0quet i els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s hi afegirem unes branques de julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salem el Rap i hi afegim una mica de pebre negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un plat posarem abundant pebre vermell dol\u00e7 i arrebossarem les cues de rap per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan tinguem les verdures una mica sofregides afegirem les cues de rap i ho deixarem coure a foc lent amb la cassola tapada perqu\u00e8 el rap vagi deixant anar l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal vigilar que no es cremi el pebre vermell ja que podria amargar. Si cal, podeu anar afegint una mica d&#039;aigua per a la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem la volta al rap perqu\u00e8 es cogui igual pels dos costats. En total, ha estat al foc uns 15 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirem del foc i ho deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho guardarem al frigor\u00edfic juntament amb les verdures i el brou de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben fred, traurem els fils del lligat i el tallarem a rodanxes amb un ganivet ben esmolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es pot acompanyar amb amanida verda i la nostra salsa d&#039;ametlles i tom\u00e0quet o salsa maionesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Rape Alangostado per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Rape Alangostado recibe este nombre ya que al cortarlo y presentarlo parece una cola de Langosta con su color rojizo.
