Rod\u00f3 de Vedella en un tros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Prunes seques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem la carn per tots els costats. Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola, si pot ser de la mateixa mida que la carn, i quan l&#039;oli estigui bullint posarem la carn i la daurarem per tots els costats perqu\u00e8 quedi ben segellada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem totes les verdures a trossos petits i els tom\u00e0quets sense pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la carn estigui daurada la retirarem de la cassola i posarem les cebes, la pastanaga, el porro i els alls a sofregir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estigui transparent la ceba afegirem els tom\u00e0quets pelats i ho deixarem sofregir tot. Anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin les verdures a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit tornarem a posar la carn a la cassola i hi afegirem el vi blanc. Quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol, hi afegirem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i la farigola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem aigua bullint fins a cobrir la meitat de la carn. Taparem la cassola i deixarem coure amb el foc molt baix durant uns trenta minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem la volta a la carn, afegirem m\u00e9s aigua bullint, si cal, i deixarem coure uns 75 minuts m\u00e9s, aproximadament, vigilant que no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3. Coeu-ho fins que la carn estigui tendra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica d&#039;aigua en un cass\u00f3 i quan bulli tirem les prunes. Un cop torneu a bullir l&#039;aigua, traurem les prunes i les escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella, amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, saltarem els xampinyons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si es vol ara \u00e9s el moment de triturar la salsa, abans d&#039;incorporar-hi els xampinyons i les prunes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els xampinyons i les prunes a la cassola i deixarem coure durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar la carn abans de tallar-la a rodanxes fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es pot servir freda i amb la salsa molt calenta per sobre, o b\u00e9 amb la carn dins la salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Rod\u00f3 de Vedella Rostit per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
