Bolets Shitake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cullerades soperes Salsa de Soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Gingebre fresc picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem la ceba a la juliana.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns palets amb el Carbass\u00f3 i la Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem el pebrot a rodanxes i laminarem els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratllarem el gingebre i tallarem l&#039;all a discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un wok o una paella fonda hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli i tot seguit l&#039;all i el gingebre. Li donarem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la ceba i la pastanaga. Cuinarem uns dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el pebrot i cuinarem un minut m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament el carbass\u00f3. Donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem els bolets, la sal i la caiena. Cuinarem amb foc for\u00e7a alt fins que les verdures estiguin al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les gambes i mourem en\u00e8rgicament el wok perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9 tot. Cuinarem un parell de minuts m\u00e9s i posarem una mica m\u00e9s de salsa de soja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullirem l&#039;aigua per coure els noodles, seguint les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta. Solen ser uns 4 minuts. Guardarem una mica del brou de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem la pasta i la incorporarem al saltat de verdures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i afegim una mica de brou i cuinarem tot junt durant un parell de minuts m\u00e9s.
