Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d&#039;Anet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PER A LA SALSA DE MOSTASSA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 cullerades petites de caf\u00e8 de Vinagre de Poma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada petita de caf\u00e8 de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada petita de caf\u00e8 d&#039;Anet triturat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traiem totes les espines del llom de salm\u00f3. Ho podem fer amb unes pinces, no n&#039;ha de quedar cap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el pebre negre al gust per sobre del salm\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol barregem el sucre, la sal i l&#039;anet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una plata aproximadament de la mida del salm\u00f3, posarem una capa de la barreja que hem preparat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem el salm\u00f3, amb la pell a la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem tot el salm\u00f3 amb la resta de la barreja. Taparem amb paper film i el reservarem al frigor\u00edfic durant dos dies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada 12 hores anirem traient l&#039;aigua que va desprenent el salm\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop passats els dos dies, rentarem b\u00e9 amb aigua freda el salm\u00f3 i l&#039;assecarem amb paper absorbent per la part de dalt i de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben sec, pintarem la part de dalt del salm\u00f3 amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i ho deixarem un dia m\u00e9s al frigor\u00edfic, tapat amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ja estar\u00e0 llest per menjar. Per servir-lo cal tallar els talls el m\u00e9s fi possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la salsa de mostassa, per aix\u00f2 posarem en un recipient l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, l&#039;anet, el vinagre de poma, el sucre i la mostassa de Dijon.
