Carn Picada de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Frita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem la ceba molt petiteta o b\u00e9 la ratllem, segons us agradi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba. Hem de deixar que vagi sofrint lentament, fins que la ceba estigui transparent i tingui una mica de color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem la carn picada i la barrejarem amb la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem que es vagi coent i l&#039;anirem remenant i aixafant amb una forquilla perqu\u00e8 quedi tota ben cuita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la carn hagi deixat anar tota la seva aigua, hi posarem la sal, el pebre negre, l&#039;orenga, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 s&#039;acabi de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagi espessit al vostre gust, ja tindrem llesta la salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Salsa Bolonyesa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui prepararem una Salsa Bolonyesa que us servir\u00e0 per a qualsevol Plat de Pasta. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil i la podreu tenir preparada amb antelaci\u00f3.
