Tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Vinagre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rostim 3 dents d&#039;all i els tom\u00e0quets en una paella sense oli, o els podem rostir tamb\u00e9 al forn nom\u00e9s amb el grill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop rostits els alls els reservarem i acabarem de rostir els tom\u00e0quets per totes les cares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la pell dels alls, pelarem els tom\u00e0quets, traurem les llavors i l&#039;aigua que deixen anar els tom\u00e0quets. Els deixarem que es refredin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En got batedor hi posarem els tom\u00e0quets tallats, els alls rostits, 1 gra d&#039;all cru, l&#039;oli, les ametlles torrades sense pell, la sal i una cullerada sopera de vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bateu-ho tot junt fins que quedi una salsa molt fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En portar les ametlles la salsa es pot anar espessint i sempre hi podem afegir una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli.
