Tot i que se n&#039;est\u00e0 estenent el consum per tot arreu. L&#039;\u00e8poca dels cal\u00e7ots \u00e9s entre desembre i mar\u00e7. S\u00f3n unes cebes llargues i que s&#039;acompanyen amb aquesta salsa que avui us presentem. \u00c9s f\u00e0cil de preparar i queda deliciosa. Ametlles Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Avellanes Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 grs. Tom\u00e0quets Madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cap sencer d&#039;Alls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 galetes tipus Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 NORES<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. de Vinagre i Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En primer lloc, posarem els tom\u00e0quets sencers i el cap d&#039;alls en una safata per al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els rostirem, donant-los la volta fins que estiguin rostits per tots els costats, i els deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 amb aigua i quan bulli, llen\u00e7arem la nyora deixant bullir durant uns 5 minuts perqu\u00e8 s&#039;estovi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem els tom\u00e0quets i traurem les llavors i l&#039;aigua que deixen anar els tom\u00e0quets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem tamb\u00e9 el cap d&#039;alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obrirem la nyora i rasparem per la part de dins i ens sortir\u00e0 una petita part carnosa, que \u00e9s el que aprofitarem per a la salsa dels cal\u00e7ots. Tamb\u00e9 podeu tallar una petita part de la pell i afegir-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi tirem els tom\u00e0quets pelats, els alls pelats i la polpa de la nyora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, posarem l&#039;all cru, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, el vinagre, les ametlles, les avellanes, les galetes i la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#039;hi poden afegir dues cullerades grans d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 lligui millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem molt b\u00e9, amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heu de quedar una salsa molt fina i si la trobeu massa espessa es pot
