Ja veureu que la seva elaboraci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt senzilla i queda realment delici\u00f3s. S\u00edpia<\/li><li>500 grs. Patates<\/li><li>250 grs. Cebes<\/li><li>200 grs. Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>100 grs. Pebrot Verd<\/li><li>130 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>Julivert i Llorer<\/li><li>1 cullerada Pebre vermell Dol\u00e7<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;oliva, sal i pebre negre<\/li><li>1 litre d&#039;aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En primer lloc, tallarem la s\u00edpia a daus grans i separarem la salsa de la s\u00edpia, que \u00e9s de color marr\u00f3 i la reservarem. La salsa de la s\u00edpia ens donar\u00e0 un millor sabor al plat.<\/li><li>Ratllarem els alls i les cebes i tallarem el pebrot verd a trossos molt petits.<\/li><li>En una cassola fregirem els alls, les cebes i els pebrots durant uns cinc minuts a foc lent fins que la ceba quedi transparent.<\/li><li>Abocarem a la cassola el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i li posarem una culleradeta petita de sucre, que li traur\u00e0 l&#039;acidesa al tom\u00e0quet, i ho deixarem sofregir tot junt, a foc lent, uns cinc minuts m\u00e9s, fins que veiem que ha quedat ben sofregit, controlant que no se&#039;ns cremin les verdures.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el vi blanc, el pebre vermell dol\u00e7 i la fulla de llorer.<\/li><li>Afegirem la s\u00edpia a la cassola i li posarem la salsa de la s\u00edpia, remenant b\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 se&#039;ns dissolgui tota la salsa de la s\u00edpia, ara \u00e9s el moment de tirar-li l&#039;aigua, que la tindrem ben calenta i aix\u00ed no ens deixar\u00e0 de bullir.<\/li><li>Tapem la cassola ia foc lent deixarem coure durant uns 30 minuts, fins que vegem que la s\u00edpia estigui tendra, li posem tamb\u00e9 el pebre negre. Comprovar sempre que no es quedi sense brou, si veiem que falta aigua la hi farem fora, per\u00f2 sempre calenta perqu\u00e8 no deixi de bullir.<\/li><li>Hem tallat les patates a trossos petits, procurant espetegar-les (vegeu el v\u00eddeo i veureu com es fa) i les afegirem a la cassola, deixant-les coure fins que estiguin cuites.
