Suc de llimona<\/li><li>900 ml. Aigua<\/li><li>500 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>4 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li><li>Ratlladura de mitja Llimona<\/li><li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Espremeu les llimones i posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el suc de la llimona, l&#039;aigua, el sucre i la ratlladura de la mitja llimona.<\/li><li> Deixeu bullir aquesta barreja durant 5 minuts, remenant perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 tots els elements.<\/li><li> Ho colarem, per si ha quedat alguna impuresa i ho deixem refredar.<\/li><li> Desclarem els ous procurant que no ens caigui res del rovell i batrem les clares amb una mica de sal. Les hem de deixar a punt de neu.<\/li><li> Afegirem les clares batudes al recipient on ten\u00edem reservada la barreja, amb molt de compte i amb moviments envoltants.<\/li><li> Per acabar d integrar tots els elements, tornarem a batre una mica m\u00e9s amb les varetes.<\/li><li> El taparem amb paper film i el posarem al congelador durant dues hores, com a m\u00ednim.
