Galetes banyades amb Xocolata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Maduixots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>370 ml. Llet Condensada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Formatge Philadelfia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per a Muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem els maduixots a trossos molt petits i tamb\u00e9 les galetes banyades en xocolata. Ho reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la llet condensada i el formatge philadelfia en un bol. Amb un batedor manual ho barrejarem b\u00e9 fins que quedi una crema. Ho reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La nata ha de tenir un 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa per poder-la muntar f\u00e0cilment. \u00c9s aconsellable deixar la nata al congelador durant uns 10 minuts perqu\u00e8 estigui ben freda abans de muntar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem la nata amb unes varetes fins que estigui muntada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nata a la crema que ten\u00edem preparada amb la llet condensada i el formatge philadelfia. Ho farem en dues o tres vegades i de manera envolupant perqu\u00e8 la nata no baixi de volum. Ha de quedar tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un motlle rectangular de 30 cm. x 20 cm., hi posarem una capa de la barreja que ten\u00edem reservada i l&#039;allisarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damunt aquesta capa distribuirem una tercera part dels maduixots i de les galetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit, una altra capa de la barreja i l&#039;allisarem per tot el motlle. Afegirem els maduixots i les galetes per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornarem a repetir la mateixa operaci\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir una altra capa de la barreja, m\u00e9s els maduixots i les galetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment, ho cobrirem amb la resta de la barreja.
