Ametlles m\u00f2ltes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>185 grs Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Maizena (Farina de Maiz)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>135 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/mantega-casolana\/\">Mantega (veure recepta aqu\u00ed)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades de Brandy (Conyac)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Ametlles laminades torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservem dues cullerades de sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem la mantega uns segons al microones i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol batem els ous i hi afegim la cullerada de vainilla l\u00edquida, continuarem batent fins que estigui ben integrada la vainilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el sucre (hem reservat 2 cullerades) les ametlles en pols i la maizena i seguirem batent fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment afegirem la mantega fosa i continuarem batent perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrada la mantega. Ja tenim preparada la crema d&#039;ametlles. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una mica de mantega untarem un motlle rod\u00f3, procurant passar la mantega per tota la vora. Empolvorarem una mica de farina per tota la superf\u00edcie per evitar que se&#039;ns enganxi el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doblegarem la massa de pasta de full i l&#039;estendrem en un motlle rod\u00f3, d&#039;uns 25 cms. de di\u00e0metre aproximadament buscant el centre del motlle perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil posar b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplanarem la massa, procurant que arribi a totes les vores i que no hi quedi cap bossa d&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla punxarem tota la base i passarem un corr\u00f3 per sobre de les vores per tallar el sobrant de massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la crema d&#039;ametlles dins del motlle, donarem uns cops al motlle perqu\u00e8 quedi ben recta la crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de la crema repartirem les ametlles laminades ia continuaci\u00f3 posarem el sucre que ten\u00edem reservat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i el courem per dalt i baix durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Cal controlar que no es torri gaire per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En treure-la del forn, hi posarem una mica de sucre llustre per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixarem refredar abans de treure-la del
