Tallarem la part sobrant i les enganxarem a la l\u00e0mina de pasta de full per la part mullada. Premem perqu\u00e8 quedi ben enganxat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxarem molt amb una forquilla la planxa de pasta de full perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;infle dins del forn. No cal punxar les vores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem l&#039;ou i pintem nom\u00e9s les vores. No cal punxar la planxa, ja que si ho fem podem tapar els forats i aleshores s&#039;inflaria tota la planxa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el forn preescalfat a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads ho courem per la part de dalt i baix durant uns 15\/17 minuts, vigilant que no es cogui massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar i amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera posarem la crema per sobre de la massa de pasta de full cuita. Amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4una esp\u00e0tula repartirem la crema i l\u00b4allisarem per tota la superf\u00edcie. La crema tamb\u00e9 ha d&#039;estar freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les fruites al gust i les posarem per sobre de la pasta de full. \u00c9s convenient muntar-les una mica les unes sobre les altres.
