Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Llet t\u00e8bia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PER FER EL PANETTONE <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Massa Mare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Panses de Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Taronges Confitades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Ron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes d&#039;Ess\u00e8ncia de Vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primerament prepararem la massa mare per fer el panettone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una miqueta de llet t\u00e8bia i li afegirem el llevat de forner. Ho remourem fins que es desfaci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamizaremos la harina y a\u00f1adimos la leche y la levadura y lo removeremos hasta que se integren bien todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem amb paper film i la deixarem reposar 12 hores a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem al bol la massa mare, els ous, el sucre, la ratlladura de taronja, la sal, el rom i l&#039;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla i la farina tamisada. Ho pastem amb la pastadora o b\u00e9 a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A meitat del pastat li afegim el llevat esmicolat. Amassarem i mica en mica hi afegirem la mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per saber si la massa ja est\u00e0 al punt, ens posarem a les mans una mica de farina i agafarem una mica de massa i l&#039;estirarem fins a fer una membrana. No s&#039;ha de trencar, i si es trenca els forats han de ser rodons. Si no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, pastarem una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim les panses i les taronges confitades, tallades a trossos petits i pastem una mica m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin les fruites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa del bol i farem unes voltes per acabar d&#039;integrar les fruites. Posarem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i donarem la forma d&#039;una bola. La posarem en un bol gran, amb una mica de farina al fons i la taparem amb paper film. Deixarem reposar durant unes 3 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treurem la farina sobrant de la massa i la posarem a la taula de treball. Li farem unes voltes, i tornarem a fer una bola que posarem dins d&#039;un motlle de paper, especial per a panettons. Aplanarem una mica la massa perqu\u00e8 arribi a totes les vores del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb dos escuradents llargs dels que s&#039;usen per a les broquetes travessarem el paper i la massa, deixant les puntes del escuradents fora del motlle (veure el v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat perqu\u00e8 no li doni l&#039;aire. Ho hem tingut 5 hores fermentant, per\u00f2 ja dep\u00e8n de la temperatura.
