Remenarem una mica i deixarem bullir. Aturarem el foc, i deixarem refredar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la resta de llet que ten\u00edem freda i reservada, la passarem a un bol i hi afegirem el sucre glas i la maizena removent-ho b\u00e9; finalment, hi afegirem els ous seguint remenant b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop se&#039;ns ha refredat la llet que ten\u00edem reservada, traurem la canyella i la llimona i li posarem la barreja que ten\u00edem amb la maicena i els ous tot junt. Barregem-ho tot i la passarem al foc molt lent sense deixar mai de remenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc notareu que comen\u00e7a a espessir (no deixar de remenar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan aconseguim la textura desitjada, retirem del foc, afegim la mantega a temperatura ambient i la integrem remenant en\u00e8rgicament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mantega es posa perqu\u00e8 en refredar-se la crema no ens agafi massa escor\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop refredada, la podrem guardar al frigor\u00edfic tapada amb un paper film.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us convidem a veure el v\u00eddeo de la Crema Pastissera per a una millor comprensi\u00f3<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crema pastelera que os servir\u00e1 para muchos rellenos as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n para ponerle az\u00facar por encima y quemarla.
