Si nom\u00e9s en voleu fer una, heu de calcular la mida del vostre past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament amb una forquilla punxarem tot el past\u00eds perqu\u00e8 no ens pugi al forn. Deixarem un cent\u00edmetre a les vores sense punxar, ja que ens interessa que aquests s\u00ed que pugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ou batut, pintarem les vores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera, posarem a l&#039;interior la crema pastissera, procurant sempre deixar les vores sense emplenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si tenim un descoratjador de pomes, traurem l&#039;interior. Tamb\u00e9 ho podeu fer manualment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la poma per la meitat, i anirem tallant a rodanxes fines i uniformes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem les pomes sobre la crema procurant que muntin b\u00e9 l&#039;una sobre l&#039;altra.
