Posarem en un cass\u00f3 l&#039;aigua juntament amb el sucre. Quan bulli, aturarem el foc i hi afegirem el licor.<\/li><li>Partirem en dues meitats el pa de pessic amb un ganivet gran de serra i separarem les dues meitats.<\/li><li>Estendrem el xarop amb una cullera per emborratxar el pa de pessic, ia continuaci\u00f3 li posarem la melmelada de pr\u00e9ssec ben repartida per tota l&#039;extensi\u00f3.<\/li><li>Ho tornarem a tapar, i seguidament procedirem a estendre la mantega que ha d&#039;estar amb tacte de \u00abpomada\u00bb cuidant b\u00e9 que no ens quedi cap part del pa de pessic sense untar. Tamb\u00e9 per tot el lateral.<\/li><li>I finalment, ho cobrirem tot, laterals inclosos amb les ametlles.
