Vedella en un tros<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. Tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. Cebes<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. Jerez Sec<\/li>\n<li>1 Ramet Compost (farigola orenga i llorer)<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. Xampinyons a Lata<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. Cebes petites<\/li>\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<li>Aigua per a la cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-ingredientes-col2 field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-conversor field-type-link-field field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<h2 class=\"field-item even\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<ul>\n<li>En primer lloc salpebreu per tots els costats la carn de vedella, que pr\u00e8viament hem lligat perqu\u00e8 quedi amb una bona forma i no es trenqui en coure-la.<\/li>\n<li>Posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a la cassola i quan estigui ben calent afegirem la carn que hem de daurar per tots els costats.<\/li>\n<li>Hi posarem el xer\u00e8s sec i el ramet compost, tapem la cassola i deixem bullir a foc lent fins que es redueixi el xer\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet que pr\u00e8viament hem tallat a trossos i ho deixarem a foc lent fins que es dauri una mica la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;aigua calenta suficient per a la cocci\u00f3 i posarem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i ho deixarem coure a foc lent durant una hora, fins que la carn estigui tendra.<\/li>\n<li>Colarem la salsa i la tornarem a incorporar a la cassola.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem els xampinyons i les cebetes i deixarem coure durant 30 minuts m\u00e9s, vigilant sempre que no falti aigua i rectificant de sal, si cal.<\/li>\n<li>Tallarem la carn a rodanxes, si est\u00e0 freda es talla millor, i ja est\u00e0 llesta per servir.<\/li>\n<li>Els rostits \u00e9s millor fer-los un dia abans de consumir-los, ja que agafen m\u00e9s sabor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Vedella amb xampinyons i cebetes per a una millor comprensi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-comentarios field-type-link-field field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el Forner de Alella te presentamos esta riqu\u00edsima Ternera con Champi\u00f1ones y Cebollitas, un plato exquisito que har\u00e1 la delicia de vuestros comensales.
