Un cop fregida l&#039;escorrerem ja que absorbeix molt d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n<li>Posarem a continuaci\u00f3 a la paella la ceba i la fregim durant uns dos minuts fins que quedi transparent.<\/li>\n<li>Hi afegim el pebrot vermell i el verd i els fregirem una mica. Ho anem remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremi.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim el carbass\u00f3 i seguim sofregint.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop estiguin aquestes verdures cuites al dente, hi afegirem l&#039;alberg\u00ednia i el tom\u00e0quet triturat. Al tom\u00e0quet li hem posat abans una culleradeta de sucre per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Hi afegirem la sal i ho deixarem coure lentament.<\/li>\n<li>Salem la carn i la fregim amb l&#039;oli ben calent. S&#039;ha de fregir molt r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 la carn quedi segellada i no quedi dura.<\/li>\n<li>La incorporem a la salsa i hi afegim una mica d&#039;aigua per acabar la cocci\u00f3. Comprovem de sal ia foc lent ho acabarem de coure fins que la carn estigui tendra, vigilant que no s&#039;enganxi la carn a la cassola.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s preferible deixar-ho reposar, ja que el plat queda m\u00e9s sabor\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Vedella amb Pisto per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
