Veureu com s\u00f3n de f\u00e0cils de realitzar i sorprendreu els vostres convidats de com delicioses us quedaran. Les hem fet de dos tipus unes amb canonets de xocolata i les altres, amb cacau en pols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"T\u00f2fones de xocolata\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JibCdENOm_w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"p1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"s1\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 grs. xocolata de cobertura<\/li><li>250 cc de Nata (crema de llet)<\/li><li>50 grs. de mantega<\/li><li>2 cullerades conyac<\/li><li>granet de xocolata<\/li><li>cacau en pols<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En primer lloc, trossejarem la xocolata perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil barrejar-ho.<\/li><li>Posarem a foc lent la nata per muntar (crema de llet) en un cass\u00f3 i un cop s&#039;ha escalfat sense arribar a bullir, afegirem la mantega que pr\u00e8viament l&#039;haurem tallada per facilitar-ne la dissoluci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Un cop integrada la mantega, retirarem del foc, i posarem un cass\u00f3 al bany maria, on afegirem la xocolata en diverses vegades sense deixar de remenar.<\/li><li>Un cop aconseguim la textura desitjada, i aquest tot integrat, el retirarem del bany maria, i li afegirem el conyac, pot ser qualsevol altre tipus de licor. Naturalment tamb\u00e9 es poden fer sense cap licor.<\/li><li>Taparem amb paper film, i el posarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes tres hores.<\/li><li>Seguidament, amb dues culleres farem unes boles que untarem al granet de xocolata fins que quedi ben coberta.<\/li><li>Farem el mateix amb les cacau en pols.
