De farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. mantega de porc o mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>570 ml. d&#039;aigua <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PER ALS PLECS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 grs. de mantega de porc o mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farem un volc\u00e0 amb la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada i posarem al centre la sal i la mantega de porc o mantega li posarem l&#039;aigua en un parell o tres de vegades, i comen\u00e7arem a amassar. Tamb\u00e9 es pot amassar a m\u00e0quina si en teniu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop pastada, la taparem amb un drap net, i la posarem a la nevera per espai de quinze minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una creu sobre la bola amb un ganivet, per poder-la estirar en forma de creu i amb un corr\u00f3 comen\u00e7arem a estirar-la procurant deixar al centre una mica m\u00e9s de gruix. Posarem la mantega de porc o mantega al centre i la cobrim b\u00e9 fins que ens quedi un quadrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el corr\u00f3, copejarem un diverses vegades sobre la massa, per desfer una mica la mantega i seguidament, procedir-vos a estirar la massa de forma rectangular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem un plec senzill (veure v\u00eddeo) i la passarem deu minuts a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La tornarem a estirar en rectangle i llavors li donarem un plec doble (veure v\u00eddeo) i deixarem novament reposar al frigor\u00edfic deu minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem un altre plec senzill i deixarem descansar una mica la massa, i li donem un darrer plec doble.
